In the time we have left in this camper before we move into our house, we will:
- Eat 10 more crock pot chickens (and then, I hope, NO MORE EVER AGAIN!)
- Throw away about 350 paper plates
- Have 4 or 5 more campfires (this is mostly wishful thinking)
- Restart school for about the 4th time
- do 35 loads of laundry at the laundry mat
- write 5 or 6 more blog posts
- say I wish we could do this forever 40 more times
- say I can't do this another day 40 more nights
- set the crib up and take it down at least 80 more times
- dump the black tank 5 more times
The countdown has begun, even if we don't have any official dates yet. Mostly, I just want to never ever have to eat crock pot chicken ever again. There is no way to make it taste good. I've been making it twice a week now (at least) for 2 1/2 months. I'm so close to becoming a vegetarian, just so I don't have to eat disguising soggy meat anymore.
I do like living in the camper. I do really like living in campgrounds, and I do like every kind of weather out here. But the food... well, it is just NOT GOOD.
